By accessing or using hyreese.com (“the Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Service Description
Hyreese provides AI-powered property portfolio analytics, benchmarking, and strategy recommendations for UK landlords. Our outputs are informational only and do not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate, complete information when registering and keep it up to date.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Platform for unlawful purposes, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or scrape data. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and software on the Platform are owned by Hyreese Limited. You retain ownership of any property data you upload.
6. Limitation of Liability
Hyreese is provided “as is”. We are not liable for decisions made based on our analytics. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may terminate access for breach of these terms with reasonable notice. On termination, you may request export of your data.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
